new software

Kodiak Networks has launched a suite of applications intended to let users reach groups of mobile telephone and device users by creating ad hoc conference calls among mobile and land-line phones. The new suite can operate on virtually any smartphone handset, as long as the device supports Java, Symbian, or Windows Mobile software. In addition to the conference call functionality, the Kodiak software suite offers voicemail (with SMS notification), and group SMS features. Kodiak, publisher of the software that provides push-to-talk features for carriers like Alltel and Cingular, says that the new suite is under review at several carriers.
